Hier speziell: Die Systematische Theorie der Medizin

Anlässlich einer Fortbildungsveranstaltung der GZM (siehe auch unser Bericht, 25.11.2006) Ende letzten Jahres in Hamburg hatte unser Korrespondent Gelegenheit, den Kollegen Wühr kennen zu lernen, der die Veranstaltung als Chairman leitete und selbst vortrug. Auf unser Bitten hin stellte uns E. Wühr freundlicherweise eine Compact Disc zur Verfügung, die einige interessante Vorträge und Veröffentlichungen enthält, unter anderem: Die Systematische Theorie der Medizin. Dieser Titel soll folgend kurz besprochen und zur Literatur empfohlen werden.

Der Autor versucht eine gradlinige Philosophie der verwobenen (interrelierten) Regelkreise im Organismus aufzubauen, mit der er die Begründung  für die multidisziplinäre Sicht in der Therapie komplexer Störungen liefert, wie wir sie in der MFT ständig vorliegen haben. Unser Korrespondent sieht darin quasi eine übergeordnete Betrachtungsweise seiner eigenen Philosophie der Funktion der Feed-back-Circle (Regelkreise) im stomatognathen System, wie er sie als Basisstruktur für Diagnose- und Therapie-Ablauf cervicocranialer Dysregulationen beschrieben hat ( siehe Handout Tagung IAOM St. Louis 29.07.96, Handout Tagung IAOM Orlando 15.01.06 etc). Dort werden sie dargestellt als Komplex eines Mosaiks in einem Physiologischen Rahmen mit seinen 7 Bausteinen, den Qualitäten.

Die sensomotorischen (neuromuskulären) Regelkreise der Organkomponenten wie beispielsweise der Zunge, der Wangen, der Lippen oder des Parodontalapparates greifen ineinander wie die Räder eines Uhrwerks.

Die Betrachtungsweise, wie sie Wühr seinen Lesern anepfiehlt sollte den Hintergrund für die Störungsanalyse wie

On the occasion of a further education (see as well  report from 25.11.2006) towards the end of last year in Hamburg Germany our correspondent  had the opportunity to meet colleague Wühr who held the chair at that meeting and additionally presented his own paper. He kindly followed our request and sent us a CD containing some of his interesting lectures and publications, among those the obove mentioned Systematic Theory. This title is going to be discussed as follows:

It is the intent of the author to set up a straight philosophy of the interrelated feed-back circuits in the organism bestowing the proof for the multidisciplinary view of therapy for complex disorders as we are constantly confronted with in the Myofunctional Therapy.  Our correspondent comes to see in this a higher ranked angle of vision to his own philosophy of the functioning of feed-back circuits (control loops) within the stomatognathic system as he described them as the basic structures for diagnostic and therapeutic process ( see handouts of the IAOM meetings in St. Louis (29.07.96 and Orlando (15.01.06 etc).

He depicts them as the complex of a mosaic in a physiological frame spanning its seven puzzle stones, the seven qualities.

The sensomotoric neuromuscular) feed-back circuits of the organ components as the tongue, cheeks, lips or the periodontic apparatus interconnect like the wheels in a watch.

The way of viewing things as Wühr suggests to his readers should form the background for the disorder analysis as well as the therapy planning.
